Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, which is 50% of the total accommodation cost.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Non-payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
Maximum occupancy for Casa Uno is 6 persons. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. A designated smoking area is available outside.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa during their stay.
The villa is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the property and other guests.
