Conditions of reservation
- Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, which is 50% of the total accommodation cost.
- The remaining balance will be settled upon check-in.
- To receive a full refund, the renter has 72 hours from the date of payment to cancel their reservation. If cancelled beyond 72 hours, the payment made is non-refundable. But if the booking date is within 14 days from the date of payment, 72 hours cancellation is no longer applicable and hence non-refundable. The host agrees to rebook if the rebooking is submitted 14 days prior to the booking date. Rebooking is only allowed once.
- Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM.
- Maximum occupancy for Casa Tres is 30 persons. Additional charges may apply for extra guests. (Can accommodate up to 35 Pax)
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. A designated smoking area is available outside.
- Up to 4 pets are allowed.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa during their stay.
- The villa is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the property and other guests.
